Left Bank Red Blend Malibu Coast AVA

TASTING NOTES:

Our Left Bank Red was created as a traditional "Left Bank" Bordeaux Blend using 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, and 4% Petite Verdot grapes. The wine is extremely well balanced with flavors of black cherry, plum, boysenberry with hits of licorice and exotic spice.

WINE PAIRING:

This Wine is ideally paired with a grilled beef like steak or lamb as well as pasta with a spicy red sauce.

HARVEST:

The harvest took place on September 25th and the grapes reached 25.1 Brix with 3.62 pH.
