TASTING NOTES:

Viognier is a dry white wine grown in France's Rhone Region and well known for it's floral character and richness. This is a highly complex wine bursting with aromas of honeysuckle, tropical fruits and fresh pear. The crispness and acidity add to the wines complexity with hints of stone fruits and minerality.

WINE PAIRING:

This wine is ideally paired with a grilled white meat like chicken or port as well as seafood and shellfish with a white sauce.
