Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Malibu Coast AVA
TASTING NOTES:
Our Cabernet Reserve is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown at 2900 feet above sea level in the Malibu Coast AVA. The wine is medium bodied and packed with ripe black and red fruits with a blast of licorice. The wine has great structure and is ready to drink now or you can cellar it for more complexity.
WINE PAIRING:
This Wine is ideally paired with a grilled beef like steak, lamb, game or pasta with a spicy red sauce.
HARVEST:
The harvest took place on September 15th and the grapes reached 24.5 Brix with 3.62 pH.
